How I approach this guide is to understand the qualities of the moon’s sign and offer practices that would balance the tendencies of that moon. For example, if the moon is in an air sign, I recommend practices to get into the body because air signs can be very mentally heavy.
The design of this wellness guide also honors the inherent nature of that zodiac sign by speaking in that sign’s native language. For example, for Scorpio Moon, I include rituals involving deep psychology and transformation since Scorpio Moons tend to naturally explore those areas in order to feel balanced.
