Join Ashley for a 4 week journey to cultivate and start a daily meditation practice.

Learn about the history, anatomy, philosophy and types of meditation.

Experience different styles of meditation throughout the four weeks and find what works for you!

We will provide you the tools to establish an at-home meditation practice and turn it into a regular habit by the end of the 4 weeks.

Benefit from weekly sessions, group support and accountability.

You can sign up for one event or for the series - each session is $25, or $15 for members. Entire series is $80 or $50 for members.
