Accompanied by crystal sound bowls, this soothing practice immerses you in harmonious vibrations for the most nourishing relaxation. Wear soft, comfortable clothing, as you will be lying down for the entire practice. No prior experience is needed.
What to Expect:
- 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice in savasana (lying down), accompanied by live crystal sound bowls
- 30-minute Sound Bath, an immersive sound-only experience
